Directions

From the East: Take Butler Blvd. (Route 202) West to Route 9A toward Daytona Beach. From 9A, take Exit 61A for I-95 South. From I-95, take Exit 335 and turn right onto Old St. Augustine Road. Just after you pass the Courtyard by Marriott, turn right at the traffic light (there’s a big sign for Baptist Medical Center South). Turn right again into the parking lot. Baptist Neurology Group is in the Scott & Paryani Building, 14546 Old St. Augustine Road, to the right of the main hospital building.

From the South: Drive North on I-95. Take Exit 335 and turn right onto Old St. Augustine Road. Just after you pass the Courtyard by Marriott, turn right at the traffic light (there’s a big sign for Baptist Medical Center South). Turn right again into the parking lot. Baptist Neurology Group is in the Scott & Paryani Building, 14546 Old St. Augustine Road, to the right of the main hospital building.

From the West: Take I-295 South across the Buckman Bridge. Exit at I-95 South. From I-95, take Exit 335 and turn right onto Old St. Augustine Road. Just after you pass the Courtyard by Marriott, turn right at the traffic light (there’s a big sign for Baptist Medical Canter South). Turn right again into the parking lot. Baptist Neurology Group is in the Scott & Paryani Building, 14546 Old St. Augustine Road, to the right of the main hospital building.

From the North: Take I-95 South across the Fuller Warren Bridge, through downtown. Take Exit 335 and turn right onto Old St. Augustine Road. Just after you pass the Courtyard by Marriott, turn right at the traffic light (there’s a big sign for Baptist Medical Center South). Turn right again into the parking lot. Baptist Neurology Group is in the Scott & Paryani Building, 14546 Old St. Augustine Road, to the right of the main hospital building.

Walking directions: From the parking lot, enter through the main entrance and walk toward the rear of the building. Turn right to the elevators and go to the 3rd floor. As you leave the elevator, Suite 301 will be on your left.
