From the North: Take I-95 South across the Fuller Warren Bridge. Exit at San Marco Blvd. immediately after the bridge. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left on Palm Avenue and drive under the overpass. Turn left into Parking Garage A on the Baptist Medical Center campus. If you have a disabled parking permit, use the entrance indicated. Once inside the garage, follow directional signs carefully and make your way to the elevator of the Pavilion medical office building. Go to the 16th floor.
From the West: Take I-10 East to I-95 South across the Fuller Warren Bridge. Exit at San Marco Blvd. immediately after the bridge. From the South: Take San Jose Blvd. (Route 13) North. Continue driving north as San Jose becomes Hendricks Avenue. After you pass underneath I-95, turn left onto Prudential Drive. Turn left onto Palm Avenue, then right to enter Parking Garage A. If you have a disabled parking permit, use the entrance indicated. Once inside the garage, follow directional signs carefully and make your way to the elevator of the Pavilion medical office building. Go to the 16th floor.
From the East: Take Butler Blvd. (Route 202) West. Exit at I-95 North. As you approach downtown Jacksonville, follow signs for Acosta Bridge and exit at Mary Street. Turn right on San Marco Blvd. and right again onto Prudential Drive. Turn left onto Palm Avenue, then right to enter Parking Garage A.
Walking directions: Take the elevator in Garage A to the first floor (From the rooftop parking area, use the elevator on your right). On the first floor, turn left and walk to the lobby of the Pavillion and Howard medical office buildings. The gift shop will be on your right and the Baptist Pharmacy on your left. Turn right and walk past the Patient Registration desk toward the Women’s Pavilion. Elevators will be on your right at the end of the hall. Take the elevator to the 16th floor. You’ll be facing Suite 1601 as you leave the elevator.
