From Butler Blvd (Route 202): Drive east to the end of Butler Blvd. and exit at Third Street (A1A) North. Turn left at the blue “H” sign onto 13th Avenue South. Turn left into the parking lot for Medical Office Building A on the Baptist Medical Center campus.
From North of Jacksonville Beach: Drive south on Third Street (A1A). Turn right at the blue “H” sign onto 13th Avenue South. Proceed to Baptist Medical Center Beaches and turn left into the parking lot for Medical Office Building A.
From South of Jacksonville Beach: Drive north on Third Street (A1A). Turn left at the blue “H” sign onto 13th Avenue South. Proceed to Baptist Medical Center Beaches. Turn left into the parking lot for Medical Office Building A.
Walking directions: Enter through the main entrance to Medical Office Building A. Take the elevator on your left just past the lobby to the 2nd floor. As you leave the elevator, turn left. Then turn left again and walk down the hallway. Suite 215 will be on your left.
